Debut Collection

Asian Fusion Feast

Five seasoning blends, each built around a real culinary tradition — and each designed to make everyday protein worth looking forward to.

Every blend below is still in development. Final recipes, nutrition facts, allergen information, and pricing will be published before launch.

01 — Korea

Korean BBQ Gochugaru

Spicy · Savory · Garlicky

Built on authentic Korean gochugaru — the sun-dried chili behind kimchi and Korean BBQ. It brings real warmth and a deep red colour without the raw burn of generic chili powder, rounded out with garlic and onion.

Best on: chicken thigh, beef short rib, salmon, firm tofu.

02 — China

Chinese Sichuan Mala

Spicy · Numbing · Aromatic

Mala means “numbing-spicy” — the signature tingle of Sichuan peppercorn layered over chili heat. It’s the most distinctive blend in the collection and the one that turns plain chicken breast into something you actually crave.

Best on: chicken breast, beef, eggplant, noodles.

03 — Japan

Japanese Teriyaki

Sweet · Savory · Umami

The familiar one — and the easiest entry point for anyone new to cooking their own protein. Sweet-savory and reliably crowd-pleasing, formulated as a dry rub so you get teriyaki character without a sugary bottled sauce.

Best on: chicken, salmon, meatballs, rice bowls.

04 — Japan

Japanese Umami Original

Savory · Balanced · Umami

The everyday workhorse. No heat, no strong regional signature — just deep savoury depth that makes lean protein taste seasoned rather than bland. This is the jar you reach for on autopilot.

Best on: anything — chicken breast, white fish, eggs, vegetables.

05 — Vietnam

Vietnamese Lemon Pepper & Coriander

Citrusy · Peppery · Fresh

The lightest blend in the range. Bright citrus and cracked pepper with coriander behind it — the one for grilled fish, summer salads, and days when you want your food to taste fresh rather than rich.

Best on: white fish, prawns, chicken, roasted vegetables.

How To Use

Three steps. That’s it.

01

Season

Sprinkle evenly over your protein. As a starting point, roughly 15–20 g per 500 g–1 kg — then adjust to taste.

02

Rub & Rest

Add a little oil if you like, rub it in thoroughly, and let it rest so the seasoning has time to work into the surface.

03

Cook

Grill, pan-sear, air-fry, or bake as usual. No sauce, no marinade time, no extra steps.

Dosage is based on our current prototype and will be confirmed alongside the final formula.
